Shipping policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping or porch pick up (please keep in mind most of the time the item(s) is ready before then :) 

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days for RTS items, and 7-14 Business Days for Pre Orders. 

There is a Processing time as well! This doesn't count toward shipping time.

Pre Order 10-12 Business Days 

Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Orders of $75 and more will be eligible to receive free standard shipping (US only)
